Los “nudos” representan aquellas dificultades que parecen enredar nuestra vida: conflictos, preocupaciones, heridas, decisiones difíciles o situaciones que no sabemos cómo resolver. La devoción invita a poner esos nudos en manos de María y pedir su intercesión para encontrar un camino hacia Dios.
En el reverso encontramos un magnífico Arcángel Arcabucero, figura característica del arte virreinal andino. Los llamados ángeles o arcángeles arcabuceros adquirieron especial relevancia en la pintura de los siglos XVII y XVIII, particularmente en el ámbito de la Escuela Cuzqueña. Representados con elegantes vestimentas y portando un arcabuz, expresaban visualmente la idea de los ejércitos celestiales y la defensa espiritual. En esta miniatura, su presencia aporta a la pieza un carácter singular, histórico y profundamente ligado al arte sacro hispanoamericano.
